On any one day 5 of the people will walk whilst the remaining 2 follow in the support vehicles thus allowing alternation and rest. On the 7 th day of each week the team will have a rest day.

We have decided on the route we will follow, and have listed all start points and finish points for each day.
At all times we have attempted to stay off A roads, unless there is an adjoining path and have utilised the network of B roads and most importantly country lanes. The walkers at all times en-route will have a support car in attendance to ensure safety. We will be submitting our route plan to all relevant Police Authorities for their advice and authorisation.
